
SERGEANT FIRST CLASS JONES
He has a heart for First Responders and heavily considered being a police officer before feeling God move him in a different direction. SFC Jones is married with 2 children and currently resides in Brooksville, Florida. SFC Jones wants to give back to First Responders and has worked from the beginning with Honoring The Heroes as a way to do just that.

PASTOR RICHARD ROSSITER
He has also been actively involved in the law-enforcement community as a chaplain for the past 10 years, and five years as an auxiliary reserve deputy for the Hernando County sheriff’s office.

BILL CARTER
Before moving to the USA, Bill was a Senior International Human Resources Executive for a US-based, Fortune 500 company supporting seven senior leaders across Europe. As a true business partner, he was valued for his close understanding of each area of the business and his ability to assist the leader with navigating the intricacies of managing across borders and cultures.
In addition to HR, Bill has directly managed Sales, Customer Services and Public Affairs teams in his career.
Education and Training
Bill graduated from the Farnborough College of Technology with a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management (Masters Equivalent) and from the Open University with a Postgraduate Certificate in Management (BA Equivalent).
Non-Profit Experience
Bill was a Trustee (Legal Board Member) of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Windlesham in the United Kingdom for over fifteen years only resigning upon his relocation to Florida. He still manages their payroll, remotely, today.

KEN JONES

JOEL
Prior to working in the 911 communications center, Joel taught middle school (mostly 6th grade) at a private school. Over the years he has worked in customer service as well as asset protection. He also has experience in graphic design and audio/video production.
Education and Training
Joel graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications (emphasis in Commercial Writing) with a minor in Advertising. He currently holds various industry required certifications and is working on obtaining an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification.

Susan Fremer
Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Concordia College in Bronxville, New York. She spent many years as an educator in the public and private sectors. She later completed her Master’s degree at Concordia University in Wisconsin. She is currently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Intern in the State of Florida.
Susan has worked with adoptive families as a case manager since 2003 and as a home study provider since 2007. More recently, Susan began working with families by providing them with education on issues relating to attachment and parenting children who have been exposed to trauma. Susan also offers counseling services and home coaching for families who are struggling.
She travels the entire State of Florida. Susan is the 2003 recipient of The Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute’s Angels in Adoption.
Susan has been involved in the law enforcement community for many years. She worked as a chaplain for the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.
In addition, she was the wife of a police officer, her son-in-law is a police officer, and five cousins are employed in law enforcement in the State of New York.
